Privacy

• Your name, as you type it — the host and the other players see the first name and last initial.
• Your email address and, if you give one, your mobile number. We use them to send you your spot, and to offer you a seat if you're On Deck.
• What you're bringing, and your note about it.
• Your spot number or your place in the On Deck line, and the times you claimed, paid or cancelled.
• Whether your payment succeeded, the amount, and the Stripe identifiers for it.

We never see or store your card number. Payment happens on Stripe’s own checkout page; we receive only the result.

If you fill in the waitlist or the host form, we store your email and the city you typed. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address, salted with a secret, purely so the same visitor can’t submit the form fifty times in an hour. The address itself is never written down, and the hash cannot be turned back into one.

Claiming a spot sets no cookies at all. The only cookie BuncoTime sets belongs to the host’s sign-in session, and it exists so she doesn’t have to sign in on every page.

We count a small number of things about how the signup flow is used — that a spot was claimed, that an offer was opened, whether the screen was phone-sized. The list of fields that can be recorded is fixed in the code, and no name, email, address or free text can be sent through it. There are no advertising trackers, and nothing is shared with a third-party analytics company.

• The host of the night you signed up for: your name, contact details, what you're bringing and whether you paid.
• Other players, on the public page: first name and last initial only.
• Stripe, which processes the payment under its own privacy policy.
• Our email provider, which delivers the message telling you a spot opened.

That is the entire list. We do not sell or rent anyone’s details.

A host can keep the exact address private. When she does, it is shown only to players who have paid — not on the public page, not in a link preview, and not in the email telling somebody a spot opened.

Registrations and payment records stay with the night they belong to, so a host can answer questions about it afterwards. Email support@buncotime.com and we’ll delete your details from any night you were part of.

BuncoTime takes payments, so it is meant for adults. Please don’t sign up if you are under 18.
